First Aid at events
One Earth Events,
cares about public and private events, OEE have a policy of
making our clients aware on an ongoing
basis of what is going on in the planning of the event, How
many staff we require by law, how many we are sending, what
specialist equipment we either are bringing or may require.
We will also lease with the emergency services on your
behalf.
All OOE staff carry both a Identification
Photo Card and a First
Aid Certificate. Which can
be checked by organisers at any time. We also carry full
insurance which is available with our event controller, and
we also display a Health and Safety Law poster. As well as
having a Protection of Children and
vulnerable adults policy in place.

- We will deal direct with Emergency Service and the
Ambulance Crews
- Child Protection and POVA policies already in use
- Friendly and Approachable staff
- 24 hour cover available
- We will deal with RIDDOR for you.
- We already have radio (Secure) for big events, and
PMR466 for smaller events if required.

* We use Nitrile gloves so we do not need to worry about
Latex allergies.

We can supply first aiders with A.E.D's and Oxygen, but this
is not standard and will need to be negotiated with
OEE in advance. We also have a policy of charging
for equipment used, this meens that if there are no
casualties you pay less, making events cheaper than other
suppliers.
Remember that we can not insist a Casualty goes to hospital,
we can only recommend if that is what would be best.
