Travel:
If your traveling by Car ensure that your car is safe to drive legally, and you are safe yourself, make sure that you have petrol and directions for the journey in hand.
If your traveling by Public transport please make sure you have your tickets (If booked in advance) times and locations of travel changes
Things to Pack:
*plus appropriate membership Cards where appropriate
At the Event:
Make sure you are aware of fire escapes (And Disabled access if this affects you)
Plan the workshops or talks you plan on attending for the day.
