Concert Guide
Before you travel:
Do you have Tickets, or are the organisers selling them on the gate?
Have you got drinks and food for the day?
Have you got money for the day?
Traveling:
Obviously when traveling to Concerts, you will need to find out if its easier via public transport or car, most major events have good access to car parking and public transport but not all so check in advance.
Consideration:
Please on Arrival at or departure from sites remember the Neighbours, without their approval most events would not happen, and in the future these same people could object to Concerts, so please arrive and depart causing the minimum disturbance possible.
Indoor Concerts:
As of July 1st 2007 all indoor events are NO SMOKING! Also many venues will not allow you to bring your own food and drink in to the venue so make sure you have more money than you need. Food at venues like of this type is often 1/4 or more, more expensive than on the high street, alcohol is usually slightly less expensive than food, but still more expensive than outside the venue.
Outdoor Concerts:
Traders at outdoor Concerts are required by law to Not allow smoking in tents, stalls or marquees with more than two sides and a roof, so please be considerate about this fact, or the event MAY be closed down, it is also worth pointing out that if you are a Trader you are required by Law to display a no smoking sign if your place of sale contains more than 2 sides an one roof.
Food and Drink:
Food and drink may or may not be permitted onto the event field, its always best to check with the organisers first. Prices again may reflect the fact that limited traders are allowed to sell food and drink. Please also remember Drink Sensibly. Keep an eye on your drinks and food stuffs, never leave them with strangers and Please Remember no matter what the event Doping happens, the most anyone can do is be vigilant and if you suspect someone of doing so, report them to security as soon as possible.
Security and First Aid:
One Earth Events security and First Aid team are here to make the event both Safe and enjoyable, so please where advised please follow their instructions, there will always be reason behind them, if you have a dispute please bring it to either the Shift Manager or the Event Co-ordinator.
